By using the services of the organizer’s platform, the client acknowledges the collection and use of information in relation with data privacy policy used on the event platform. The personal information that is collected are used for providing and improving the services the organizer provides. The organizer will not use or share information the client provides with anyone except as described in this data privacy policy and for the sole purpose of the stated event.

Registration Data

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

To receive product support, you have to have one or more Envato/AncoraThemes purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support, and other customer services.

Purpose of Data Collection

The organizer may use any of personal and/or non-personal data for various business purposes such as providing customer service, fraud detection, reporting, event improvement and market research. These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
